China is now experiencing rocketing rates of diabetes, kidney disease and CVD. Hong Kong citizens on the other hand eat the most meat per capita in the world and have the best longevity rates. Indian rates of diabetes are becoming epidemic.

When people talk about skyrocketing rates of diabetes, i always want to know, are they controlling for the fact that testing is more widespread and more sensitive? As well as for lowered diagnostic criteria?

The onslaught of highly processed carbohydrates together with cheap seed oils that have replaced ghee and coconut oil in India. Highly processed carbs and seed oils are driving obesity etc everywhere. Google diabetes rates in China.
