it's not a federal crime because there are no federal statutes that govern how states decide to nominate for president. it's probably not even a state crime. it is unethical AF tho.

They could claim that errors were made. That’s not a crime. Certifying results known to be riddled with errors is another matter.

Maura, don’t be fooled, it’s not a crime to fix the errors, it’s a crime *not* to fix the errors. DNC, IDP, and IA Statutes (which defer to party rules) all require the final allocation to be based upon the second alignment of votes at the caucus. It’s their duty to correct it.
