So there's no need to throw away your startup because it doesn't seem to be growing. Maybe your positioning is off. E.g. If you are aiming at indie hackers, try positioning to SMBs instead

We found out what a particular audience wanted through customer interviews then implemented the smallest version of that to test the waters. We spent less than 1 day on each feature just to get an idea of what worked.

It's called a positioning pivot (well I'm calling it that) We tried positioning for: - Developers working on SaaS - Fitness coaches - Agencies - Bubble developers All with the same product but different positioning on the website. We even did it with features...

Unit testing firebase functions is terrible ๐Ÿ’ฉ. I want to set up a dummy database so I can mock out a couple of documents. BUT I either have to create a whole new firebase project for testing OR mock out allthethings including the entire firestore ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ #buildinpublic #testinpublic
