So there's no need to throw away your startup because it doesn't seem to be growing. Maybe your positioning is off.
E.g. If you are aiming at indie hackers, try positioning to SMBs instead

We found out what a particular audience wanted through customer interviews then implemented the smallest version of that to test the waters.
We spent less than 1 day on each feature just to get an idea of what worked.

It's called a positioning pivot (well I'm calling it that)
We tried positioning for:
- Developers working on SaaS
- Fitness coaches
- Agencies
- Bubble developers
All with the same product but different positioning on the website.
We even did it with features...

Here's the final result. Not terrible but definitely could do better.
Maybe spending more time on the prompts would yield a better result.

Next we went for a logo and a call to action button. You'll notice I had to ask it explicitly to product a short call to action. It didn't seem to understand that it was for a button.

Unit testing firebase functions is terrible 💩. I want to set up a dummy database so I can mock out a couple of documents.
BUT I either have to create a whole new firebase project for testing
OR mock out allthethings including the entire firestore
