    Every newsroom that relied on Mustafa’s work over the last decade-plus now must do everything possible to ensure his safety and that of his family.

    I recieved over 100 interview requests since this situation unfolded in Kabul. Only a handful of those journalists showed solidarity with my situation. Most insisted on getting the interview. None of them said they'll call someone or relevant authority to help me leave Kabul!

    OK that's...a bit extreme, though I get it. A better alternative: Start breaking up Facebook. It's too big. It's the new AT&T. It should not run one of the world's most-influential content platforms in tandem with one of the world's biggest advertisement businesses.

    Facebook, the company itself, is a hostile adversary to the United States of America and it is essential that we act as a nation to end the threat Facebook poses to our lives, laws, and economy. Shut Facebook down. Shut down every aspect of Facebook's operation. It must end.

    It's not really difficult to understand why Facebook is giving Reuters scoops in response to WSJ stories on its bad acting: Reuters is, first and foremost, a financial news organization. Facebook knows the WSJ scoops will have serious implications on its stock price.

    For the past four days, the Wall Street Journal has been publishing scoop after scoop about various malfeasance at Facebook. For the past few days, Facebook has vowed to make changes by giving WSJ competitor Reuters various "scoops" it knows Reuters will publish.

    I'm not sure what Apple's contract with other stores like Best Buy requires — if they have to support a wide range of products, or if T-Mobile could limit its AppleCare repairs to phones, tablets and watches. Something to find out, I guess.

    Honestly, this is kind of a great idea that they could take one step further... If T-Mobile offered AppleCare repairs in its stores to non-T-Mobile customers, it would be a great, low-cost way to get customers of other networks exposed to their brands.

    T-Mobile says it will soon offer customers the ability to have their phones fixed or replace in 500 of its retail stores. A FAQ on the company's website seems to indicate this includes customers with AppleCare on some iPhones.

    UPDATE: Digi TV says it will launch in 30 markets by the end of the month, including NYC, LA, Philly, Sacramento, Dallas and others. Another 5 markets slated to launch by start of November.

    New, mysterious broadcast network called Digi TV begins appearing on over-the-air TV in the U.S. Few details about company behind it, other than it's foreign-owned.
