Depressingly ironic that unrefreshing sleep is such a common part of the illness.

Bad enough having a debilitating chronic illness without doctors and consultants not willing to accept that you are ill.

""We last held a vote seven years ago, but since then the world has changed and moved on, and the club has changed too. It is time to ask the members for their opinion again," added Richard." Has the world changed and moved on since 2013?

Could be that sociable people meet more bacteria.

My microbiota contains a lot of Skepticalycoccus cynicismii. "Sociable people have a higher abundance of certain types of gut bacteria and also more diverse bacteria, an Oxford University study has found."

If you have a tendency towards absent mindedness then the job of bodyguard may not be for you. "David Cameron's bodyguard suspended ‘after gun left in BA plane toilet’"

Interesting plots showing the percentage of participants reporting different servings. Seems like a lot of people in these studies don't actually eat that much unprocessed red meat.

Reportedly it's water. "It's a repurposed syrup bottle that I drink my water out of," Calfee said on Tuesday. "I'm not going to buy a $25 or $35 or $45 water bottle that’s not worth what it costs because I'll probably put it down and leave it somewhere."

There is a lot of uncertainty in the world of diet and health. But there is also a lot of uncontroversial simple improvements that can be made.

Diet land is one place where things can work without being true, some things can work without being useful, and other things can be true and not work much at all.
