Hey, any of you that have bought a house.... Have any words of wisdom from me on loans, real estate agents, general home buying advice? We won't have 20% down but bank says we have enough credit to swing a modest place, figured it was time to stop throwing money away renting.
Make sure your place can be rented easily. We work in a volatile industry and your next big job might have you move to north LA or further. In which case you want to start building a system of properties that pay for their loans via rent.
