@juku_gear Hey Juku, just bought a usb-c charger for macbook pro. The battery icon shows it's plugged in but it doesn't charge the laptop while I use it, and barely charges it when in sleep mode. Any idea?

Hi Matt, can you tell us which adapter you have and check the reported Power located in the "System Report" under "About this Mac". Also try a different C-to-C cable and let us know how you get on.pic.twitter.com/hygrIhwboK

Ah, I see the issue. That is our 12W adapter for smartphones. What you need is either our 30 PD adapter (Macbook Air) or our 60 PD adapter (MacBook Pro), and a USB-C to USB-C cable.https://jukugear.com/collections/power-delivery/products/juku-wall-charger-dual-output-usb-c-60w …
