My friend got targeted yesterday because he told people to leave when he saw that cops were trying to escalate. New natl law: for a cop to use ANY weapon on a person-he/she has to use it ONLY while EITHER backing up OR after having been attacked OR to intervene with violence in progress. Protesting is NOT violence-it is constitutionally protected speech. Those cops were advancing/attacking
