Thinking of and sending ♥️ to all the wonderful Shopify folk who were affected by today's layoffs.
It's remarkable how effective this simple follow-up prompt is: Is there a better way to do this?"
I wonder if this works with people, too? I'm going to try it out.

I wish my email address wasn't added to a marketing funnel just because I was required to enter it to see the final price (w shipping) of a product.
Instead of Googling and crawling documentation, let's just ask ChatGPT what this command does:

In trying to reduce my slug size for our #rubyonrails app, I came across this comment in a reddit thread. It recommends running the following bash command in production: du -ms $(ls -A)|sort -n

One thing I have not automated/outsourced in Typist is our instructor training. To this day, I do all of it; regardless the size of the college.
The number of bugs/feedback I collect and the relationship I form are incredible. Worth every second.

Spoke with a professor today who caught students cheating using Ai. How they caught them:
The students used the same tool and same input (Wikipedia article), and all received roughly the same output. Turnitin flagged it to similar submissions from another college.

Does anyone else feel like they're always working in a small area at the bottom of their screen?
For example, Gmail and iTerm. Two programs I use the most.
Co-hosting my first breakout room today at noon with help from my friend !
Very grateful to be part of this wonderful community for nearly 2 years. I've made lots of friends, learned a ton, and hope to help others connect with community as I have.

I'm not saying this is the worst code I've ever written, but it's definitely not winning me a Webby.

Green: Padded much more, left align

Thank you for the "Schedule Tomorrow at 9 a.m." option.
Since I can schedule messages for the next day my team should never get a message from me after-hours 🙏.

My wife has been prepping for web development interviews (React, JS). The best resource we've found is and it's almost never on these "top 10 resources to learn" lists.
