    Latest work with . The Court's reticence in the Second Amendment has enabled the lower courts to restrict our rights from below. It cannot be that means something entirely different in different parts of the country.

    I see we're back to inexplicably obsessing over muzzle velocity. FYI: intermediate, high-velocity cartridges like those used in AR15s have poor terminal ballistics, and are thus less likely to cause fatal wounds. Let's cool it on the banning for a bit?

    The two main issues with 's bump stock ban are: 1) He can't do it, and 2) It's silly. Let's not trample over both the Constitution and the APA for a useless compromise. Can't wait to help fight this one.
