It’s less about the overall category (e.g. gaming) and more about the individual video content and its target audience. Creators will self designate whether a video is made for kids because you know your content & its target audience best. More examples: https://yt.be/help/pE5Q

Oh, come on, we all know that either the "machine learning" is going to get the AI to view all gaming videos as children's content or you're just going to blanket hit all gaming content with the label.
