Straight from mayor to president? Do you think he should be governor Pete or senator Pete for a little bit first?

Mayor is an Executive position....Obama had been a Senator for 2 years when he ran...Trump had been nothing. I think the old requirements really don’t matter any more

His attacks on Mike Pence are off-putting. Mike‘s been nothing but gracious to “Mayor Pete”.

With respect, no person in the Trump Administration can complain about attacks on them based on their boss’s daily actions One sentence he said on Pence I wish he hadn’t...but we can find something to pick apart on any human in the world. Overall I really like him

I don’t believe the VP has ever complained except to refute the ridiculous charges. Mayor Pete seems like a likable and seemingly more level-headed dude but that may just be his undoing in the this contentious primary coming up. We’ll see.

What were the ridiculous charges exactly? I saw an interview where he laid out his criticism of Pence, and they all seemed to be legit criticisms about Pence’s worldview

There is no answer. Pence’s worldview demonizes people like Buttigieg. About time someone called Pence out on his hate mongering disguised as religion.
