San Francisco just announced that our indoor mask mandate is back in place, for everyone, regardless of vaccination status. This will be in place for Dec 30-Jan 31, including for all workspaces, gyms, college classrooms.
To be clear, SF and a few other counties had an exemption from the statewide mask mandate, and it applied in some environments like gyms where there was a 100% vaccine requirement. That exemption has been temporarily lifted, aligning SF with the rest of the state.
Most of the rest of California already had this in place, SF and a couple other counties were the outliers.
People kept wearing masks indoors anyway - no big deal!!

Good. I think most people didn’t stop masking inside. But what about bars and restaurants? Bars in NB have been crowded and maskless for months.
