    Back in May, the forensic lab noticed a problem. While reviewing results on rape kits, which were analyzed by a Utah lab that KY contracted with as part of a push to test backlogged kits, a black suspect matched to a case in which the known suspect was white.

  3. Good news! Mail delivery has been restored to all 16 homes. Last week I wrote about a Lyndon street that hasn't received mail since Dec. 5. That's when the Postal Service suspended service citing safety concerns over a dog living on the block
