Every cop in Portland wears a body cam. I've asked @PolicePortland for a copy of the footage of the interaction this morning. I've also asked if there was video evidence that led police to charge him in the first place. No response on either front yet.
Portland police will also not say what day and time this vandalism occurred b/c its an open case and is garnering publicity. But the city+police had no problem tweeting about an open case earlier today.
