It implies a few things but most concerning is that Republican ABS ballots were intentionally lost or not counted for other reason, not proof but implies disenfranchised

So extrapolating republican voters approx 62k votes were likely intentionally trashed lost or otherwise unfound....assuming they sent them back timely did you get date of mailing for reference
