it isnt a valid claim at all, you can have a songs title in the title at any time, that has no validity to any copyright powers. the video doesnt contain any copyrghted material for the claim

Since this is quite an old thread, I’m going to rely on memory here. Take On Me appears at the very first second of the video, and that’s not even up for debate. So yes the video does contain copyrighted content which can be claimed.
