I've just seen yet another reason to issue the reminder that, whatever a quantum superposition is, we shouldn't really be saying that the system is "in two states at once."
If you say that measurement and the quantum-classical transition are anything other than profoundly mysterious, then I am simply astounded. How does classical logic emerge from quantum logic as h-bar goes to zero? How does the lattice of propositions suddenly become distributive?
