What’s the best textbook you’ve ever read, in any subject?

The derivation of the magnetic force from special relativity and Coulomb's law was a high point. Also loved his treatment of div, grad, curl. And some of the homework exercises were very clever and rewarding. Also, elegant use of symmetry arguments (the first I'd ever seen).
