A string of "or"s like this does not alter the number of the subject nouns in the sentence in which it occurs. In this case, each subject noun is singular, so "uses," the third-person singular form of the verb, is correct.
And as for doing integrals, well. I'm as attracted to the activity as was G H Hardy, god help me; but these days, when pressed, I usually apply for enlightenment to Wolfram Alpha, or some such oracle. Life, after all, is short.
