    Check out our revised manuscript on human-Neandertal interbreeding! did an immense amount of work to really try to understand how errors in fragment calling could bias our results, and found that the deep learning algorithm is robust!

    Monty and I developed theory to understand how Fst depends both on space and time when we have archaic and present-day samples. We explore this on some demographic models, such as a partial population replacement model, and an isolation by distance model.
