The market was trading very strong after the CPI until the open on Nov 15.
Then you had the reversal lower on what was believed to be a Russian Missile in Poland. which turned out to not be true.
Since then it hasn't had the same strength.

The election didn’t help. Wall Street was hoping for a Democratic shellacking. Republicans barely eked out a House victory.
