Both pass a homeless person begging for something to eat (these days in NYC there are plenty).
Millionaire just keeps going by as the other person helps. Who's the better person in this situation?

The millionaire is helping the homeless person learn to pick themselves up by their bootstraps; therefore, the millionaire is the better person.

Interesting responses. I think that helping people pick themselves up is the best option. Supporting their addiction or street habits does nothing good for them.
