This is the way it's always been and always will be.
The SEC etc either knows this manipulation goes on or turns away because these traders are much too powerful to touch.

Why?
Because a connected trading outfit selected to short it for no other reason other than they could make money on the drop (80%) and then buy it at $2.00 and make more money on the bounce so far 100%.
