Inflation is still very high but the economy is actually strong and the majority of people have jobs and they are Real Estate Rich and dealing with the incenses in costs.
October wasn't anywhere remotely close to 2008 that many are comparing it too with charts!

2008 a lot of people were laid off and losing their homes. Fortunately I have not seen that yet.
