Every stock trader including myself needs to take accountability for their trading. 1) I did know yesterday what the market would do today after Big Cap Tech earnings so i stayed in cash. 2) I did not know after hours that the market would soar with $AMZN being down 20%+

With quite a large gap between the 10 and 50 SMA on the 30min chart, at close today. I'm assuming(as I'm quite new to all this) that the market should open going up on Monday. Is there anything else that I should be looking for?

Same here. I kept waiting for a sell off and it screwed me up. I’m short biased. Gotta work on that.
