People stop me and are amazed how nice I am to everyone.
But I'm also assertive.
I will speak up when needed.
Don't reward bad behavior or inferior work.
I will hold other popular "Traders" accountable for their nonsense.

Good there is always room for improvement especially in trading. I criticize the living out hell of my own trades. "Could be better, I didn't cut soon enough, I did not wait till this level reacted" "i didn't optimize my r:r"
