I saw that and I looked up the menu and pricing for a Taco Bell on first Avenue in New York. Two Mexican pizza combos with large drinks Is $20 before tax. Assuming crazy city and state taxes in New York, 28 bucks is completely reasonable if he’s having lunch with a friend
