Most stocks will be down.
Including big caps.
So in that situation.
If one insists on trading long.
They have to find a Contra stock.
One that can go higher in a bear market day.

i don't like to trade individual stocks long for short term trades on days when the market is down a lot.
Only for the fact that in general the bears have the advantage and a stock can fall a lot.
