Good question. The augment is that bear markets don't bottom until the FED stops tightening. So that's why at this point I'm only calling for a conservative 10%+ bounce into Dec 31st after an October low.

Great clarification. One thing to note, however: if market continues to cascade even lower in October, "The System" might not provide for an entry until later this year, or maybe even in 2023 at its low point. That's the beauty of "The System" as it adjusts based on 50sma.
