In that case if you buy $10,000 of a small stock. It goes up 10% for you and you sell. You make a $1,000 profit. But even that has to be a small stock that's taking volume. Some small stocks because of the big spread and the low volume one can only trade $5000. in and out.

I’d rather use $2000 and trade options and aim for a 50% gain. To me that’s better than trading small caps. Just my preference tho
