Because September was worse than everyone expected.
It seems like October is going better than everyone expected.
I'm still not saying it's buy long term yet.
That said the market is doing better than most people have thought so at this point I can't say it's going to be as bad

The market has never bottomed until the FED has stopped raising interest rates. With more rate hikes on the horizon I believe this is just another bull trap.
