You don't always have to have a major market trade going.
If you are not sure then don't trade.
Wait until the picture gets clearer.
This way you avoid making losing trades if the market starts to Chop.

Thanks for posting this. Beating myself up right now for missing a lot of opportunities on that dip and rip today. Time to step away and clear The mechanism as would say.
