A chance now to redeem myself since I lost money back in 2008.
I've done amazingly well since like in March 2020 when the S&P dropped 30%.
Doing Amazing in 2022 now.
But this will be the most importation Challenge

2008 killed my real Estate portfolio. I was over leveraged and had several properties that dropped significantly in value. Sold all my investment/ vacation properties this summer. Sitting on cash waiting
