But you want to trade stocks long for bounces when market is higher.

That 3720 has held strong resistance. I heard it said the extreme selling of short positions causes artificial buying on the algo’s. How is that?

Have to be very cautious. This could be an attempt to get people to buy in right before they drop it to oblivion.
