My opinion If
buys twitter at today's price he's over paying for twitter by about 20% of 7.6 Billion.
Because that's where twitter would be today with out his bid.
At 44 Billion he's paying another 12 Billion too much.
+ He's buying 20% bots not 5% as twitter claims.
