The System is only a guide. I already went over what happened after the Jackson Hole speech. How after the s&p dropped below the 50 sma again you had to short.

uses confirmation with the 9 and 50 EMA cross and that has been money

I went short as soon as we got the cross. Would have hoped for a re-test upto the 50 sma but i personally don’t think we will get one

One important thing for me is noting where the cross happens, a cross at resistance is something I need to be aware of versus a cross at support which is a different dynamic.
