Why?
1) Because the odds of the stock now going higher are small because someone has to buy all those shares first and there is no sign of that.
2) Because they could be shorting.
3) They may know some bad news that you don't.

If you holding a small float stock and you see a tremendous amount of shares on the ask looking to get out. Way more than what's already traded.
If that trade is real.
You should get out of the stock right away.
