I would say trade it short term.
No one knows how things will go with China long term.

So once the System gives a buy signal , do you use the same 10/50SMA on entry/exit points when you buy stocks on your watchlist??

No watch list stocks have nothing to do with 10 & 50 sma's. That's only the S&P.
I hold watch list stocks and take profits on runs higher.
Cut the trade if it drops 10%.
