Things stopped making sense awhile ago, plenty of experts that used to correlate different things are having more and more confusion and trouble because old metrics and parallels are breaking down.

Vanguard probably cashed out, they would have received over 40 million shares of APE.

How is vanguard able to cash out when half of AMC holders haven’t even received their shares? How is that fair? How is it also not immediately flagged that those who have IOUs are able to PCO or buy and sell? That is legitimate proof of naked shorting
