If not for $AAPL the market would be doing a lot worse.
Mutual funds that by prospectus need to be invested are using $AAPL as a safe haven.
But this move higher on $AAPL will be temporary.
We haven't see the low on $AAPL yet and that may not come at a minimum until October.
