I feel for the young people today.
This is the least affordable economy in modern history.
How can they ever buy a house on their own with the average house in NY around $600,000+ when so many college grads are making $15.00 an hour.

Idk it’s awful. I’m so tired of those from the older generation just telling us to just “work harder” as if 3/4 of our paycheck doesn’t go to rent and other necessities.

It’s nuts. Neighbors son just graduated college, got job & moving to NY but landlord wouldnt rent him apartment despite his secured 110k/yr salary. The dads even offered to co sign lease, landlord still refusing.
