Think of Stock Pumping logically.
A stock takes 3 million shares in the first 1/2 hour and spikes higher.
Then no one is buying anymore.
Of course the stock will fall because there are no buyers at that high price anymore.
Not enough force to keep the price at spike level.

Not every pump will have a small float and consistent heavy volume like $EVFM did today and go higher.
Some will be like $GRNA which had 4 times the float and spike at the open on strong volume and then volume disappeared.
