I understand that dark pools exist. Part of the crooked stock market. Can't see how this has any usefulness when you are trading?

Big orders and insider trading and dark pools can be wrong too. Just because someone drops 1 M on some contracts doesn’t mean you aimlessly follow them. I’ve seen big put orders coming in when the system said buy. So I followed the system and not the flow.
