This is one of the most volatile no direction markets we've seen in years.
Seems like everyday the market just flips a coin to decide whether stock futures will be way up or way down.
How I adapt to this?

I'd like to know as well. I've generally come to a conclusion of having no expectations and playing it how it goes. Particularly staying away from social media furus setting targets.

You don't...you only follow solid news and momentum plays and follow the volume. You also do not get greedy when they do move....hogs get slaughtered...
