There's lots of good small companies that are down 90%+ from highs. Unfortunately because of rising rates etc investors don't want to take risks investing in them.
many won't make it.
The "lucky" ones will be bought out that's what we've been seeing lately.

The reason is not rising rates. The reason is an economy which is a lie... A good economy is based on sound economic principles not easy to borrow money situation like the US since 2009...
