The way I see it.
Oil is even higher now but still the $INDO pump is still down 75% from highs.
Why.
Because Fundamentals eventually matter and don't add up to the price.
So make sure you sell pumps not hold them.

In this case let's take the small oil stock sector.
When it first gets hot. Traders rush in and buy everything in the sector. The industry pumps the small floats like $INDO. But eventually reality sets in and it drops heavy. So sell the pump!
