Once it gets under way you just jump in for the ride long and sell the close.
The bears don't have enough time to sell it off and cover so market soars into close.

1) Late rallies.
Early rallies usually get sold off in Bear markets.
It gives the Bears enough time to counteract with selling.
Late rallies are hard to predict in advance.
But usually take off around 3:30 pm.
