Right now I believe an experienced trader can Trade stocks up and down but take profits don't hold.
I don't think it's wise to buy and hold here long term yet because at best we most likely will only get bear market rallies at best in the short term

Just your opinion of course , If you were to hold any stock (less risk) long term for 4-5 years would your number #1 stock be Apple?
