2) Need to explain in exact terms what options one needs to purchase to score 100%- 500% returns in this volatile market.

Yes, please! I’m always wondering what adjustments should be made to your system to trade on shorter timeframes like the 5 minutes.

With 0DTE, Your best bet is getting ITM contracts or just slightly OTM, otherwise if you start going too far OTM with your strike price you’re gambling just hoping it reaches your strike so your contract doesn’t end up worthless.

This is 100% accurate for 0DTE contracts, slightly OTM is best.
